You Missed a Spot

Brad and I are in Cedar City at the Utah Summer Games. Brad is refereeing  a tournament.  We went to a store tonight to get some things we needed. Part of the parking lot was coned off because they laid new blacktop down.  Smack dab in the middle of the newly blacktopped section was a lone car with a perfect rectangle of fresh tar around it.
