Picky About Popcorn And Bad Spellers

I'm not really keen on popcorn. I can't stand it getting caught in my teeth, especially that clear, yellow flake thingy. If that gets under the gums, it's hell to get out. I've had one of those damn things wedged in there so tight not a toothpick nor floss could coax it out. I've had to suffer discomfort until it decided to come out on its own. Now if I could buy a bag of popcorn that was just the fat, fluffy, white parts only--in a heartbeat baby.

Today was the "big day." This morning, at the crack of dawn,  I went to the College's testing center to take the state mandated PRAXIS II test. It was supposed to start at 7:30 a.m., but it was nearly an hour later before we began.  I wasn't a happy camper. Oh and get this, we can't find out the results until AFTER the registration deadline for the next test. Blinks. There something wrong with this picture.

After the test, these women and I went out for breakfast. There was a few minutes wait so we sat on some chairs in the foyer. On the inner door was a taped printed paper announcing that the restaurant was hiring:

"Now hiring for the postions of busssers/waiters. If intrested see manager with in. Must have experence to apply."

I wanted to add, "No education required."
