Barefoot Princess

Eleven years ago today a Princess was born. Today she is Queen.

to my Princess Jesselyn, love Mom

Barefoot Princess

I am a royal princess
I wear a royal crown
I sit on my royal throne
Overlooking my playroom town

I have many subjects
My toys - my dolls, my bears
I sit and nibble my cookie
On my royal throne - my chair

And as the royal princess
I'll do whatever I choose
Today I make a new law
I don't have to wear any shoes

Uh-oh, I have to go now
I remove the crown from my head
We'll play again tomorrow
Mom says it's time for bed
